Contact
The monitored inbox for TextKit is textkit@gmail.com. Email is the only contact channel — deliberately: there is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details just to say hello, and this site is built to collect nothing.
What to write about
Bug reports. If a tool produced a wrong result, tell us which tool, what you put in and what came out (redact anything sensitive first — the usual cause is an edge case we can then reproduce and fix). Every tool page documents its own method and edge cases, which is also the fastest self-check: the JSON Formatter page, for instance, explains exactly how its validation errors are reported.
Corrections. Found a wrong claim in a tool note or a blog article? Point at it and, if you can, link the specification that settles it. Factual fixes go to the top of the pile.
Tool suggestions. TextKit grows one sharp tool at a time. A good suggestion is a small, single-purpose text or data utility that can run entirely in a browser — if an idea needs a server, it belongs somewhere else.
What not to send
Please do not email passwords, tokens, private keys or anyone's personal data. We cannot recover tool output for you — by design, nothing you generate or convert here ever reaches us — and support questions about data that never left your browser have a short answer: it is gone when the tab closes, for us exactly as for you.
